Dental implants have a very high success rate. Studies suggest a long-term success rate of 9 out of 10 implant cases for lower jaw implants, and 9 out of 10 successful cases for upper jaw implants.
However, there are a number of factors on which its success depends, including your dental and oral health, including how well you take care of your teeth with your home cleansing routines, keeping to a strict routine for professional examinations (always every six months for the exam) and two to four professional hygiene well-checks per year (2-4 “cleanings” per year), any current medical conditions and how well they are controlled, the aftercare, and how skilfully it has been installed.
